MAME 0.71

The incredible multi-arcade we all know as MAME has been updated to version 0.71. Here's what's new since 0.70:
    Source Code changes
  • Fixed MultiPCM banking for Stadium Cross
  • Improved Ay8910 Noise Generator
  • Corrected some filenames for Ajax
  • Improved Graphics in Strato Fighter and Super Pinball Action
  • Converted a bunch of drivers to tilemaps, fixed dipswitches etc.
  • Some Dipswitch Fixes
  • Improvements and Fixes to Strato Fighter / Raiga
  • Fixed some Misplaced Sprites in Tricky Doc
  • Changed drivers to use mame_rand for random numbers
  • A Few Namco Fixes for things broken in u4
  • Changed Steel Gunner to use Correct Rom
  • Improved ncv1 filenames
  • Fixed Sprites in simpsons
  • Changed message for Double Clicking on EXE slightly
  • Tilemap viewer now displays a more logical ordering for "tilemap#1", "tilemap#2", etc.
  • Broadened support for palette_offset, and made it work in tilemap viewer

  • Fixed a few minor problems in the Wolf Pack Driver
