MAME 0.71

- Source Code changes
- Fixed MultiPCM banking for Stadium Cross
- Improved Ay8910 Noise Generator
- Corrected some filenames for Ajax
- Improved Graphics in Strato Fighter and Super Pinball Action
- Converted a bunch of drivers to tilemaps, fixed dipswitches etc.
- Some Dipswitch Fixes
- Improvements and Fixes to Strato Fighter / Raiga
- Fixed some Misplaced Sprites in Tricky Doc
- Changed drivers to use mame_rand for random numbers
- A Few Namco Fixes for things broken in u4
- Changed Steel Gunner to use Correct Rom
- Improved ncv1 filenames

- Changed message for Double Clicking on EXE slightly
- Tilemap viewer now displays a more logical ordering for "tilemap#1", "tilemap#2", etc.
