MacMAME v0.71.2

This, the official version of MacMAME, is now available in version 0.71.2. There were some problems with version 0.71 that will hopefully be fixed with this version. Also, this and subsequent releases will only work in Mac OSX. Those of you working under Mac OS9 will have to get the older binary. Anyway, here's the new stuff:
  • In sync with the Win32 0.71 build
  • MacMAME is now an OSX-only app (as a side effect, none of the existing video plugins will work for this version)
  • ROM audits are now smarter when it comes to BIOS ROM sets
  • Added Deco16 PPC assembly core
