From the description: Lunar Magic is a level editor for the Super Mario World American and Japanese version 1.00 SNES ROMs (with 0x200 byte header) for Windows 9X. It has a fairly easy to use WYSIWYG interface with clipboard and drag/drop support, moderately fast decompression/recompression of graphics, external level file saving and loading, palette editing, enemy support, and 65816 ASM enhancements to expand the original game's capabilities. It's a rather powerful editor, which is a good thing considering it's also currently the only SMW level editor out there. Download from the SNES Utils. Kudos to Richard Orchard for the news.
