Lufia 2 Save State Editor + Item Editor

TheFakeGod has released another version of his Lufia 2 editor which now includes a completed Item Editor. The item editor is a separate program (included in the .zip with the Save State Editor) specifically designed to edit items... Very simple clean interface. There also have been a few bug-updates for the main program. Download it from the Cheating Utilities page.
