LazyNES Release 4

- sound emulation started!
- better error reporting to log window
- both square sound channels working partially
- now skips trainer if present
- fixes to mapper 1 (still not perfect) vrom bank switching

Oh, and I just noticed something about the authors homepage, he spelled the emulator's name wrong in the logo at the top. :)
