KEGS-OSX v1.84

- The sources are now based on a unified KEGS 0.65 core code
- Some changes on SDL calls and tests
- Some code cleanups (prototypes, etc.)
- Fixed the Transwarp GS: it is only activated when accelerated speed is on and at its correct speed
