ips XP fix
posted in Utility Release by groat on Apr 11th, 2002A minor bug in the installer for ips XP has been fixed (certain situations would make it not place the executable anywhere). This ips utility can both apply and create patches with a convenient windows interface. Download the fixed installer from the General Utilities Page.
