InfoNES v0.92J with Source

InfoNES has seen an update over this past week. The Japanese version of the binary and the source code are both at version 0.92. Unfortunately, I could not get a nice translation regarding what is new. I suspect that the source code is now under GPL. If anyone would like to give a shot at translating what is new, let me know and credit will be given.

In the meantime, get a copy in our NES section!
