InfoNES v0.80 Unofficial English translation

InfoNES v0.80 has also been translated. This version was done by Soulfang, the translator of several other noteworthy Japanese projects. I won't bore you by re-posting the ChangeLog for v0.80, but you can download it from our NES Emulators for Windows section. The Linux version hasn't been translated yet.
