iGBA 0.08b

iGBA is a Gameboy Advance emulator. Here is what's new in version 0.08:

New bios functions emulated... Many bugs are fixed (OAM, BG Rotate/Scale, ...). I am working on the debugger. The "b" on the end is for a bug-fix that was released shortly after 0.08. You can get iGBA at the Gameboy Advance page.
