HME v2.3

Jathys let us know that he updated his SNES Harvest Moon Editor (HME...get it?). Here's the changes:
  • Debugger
  • A few new tiles in the Ranch/Town menus
  • Fixed one of the bigger bugs (HME sometimes crashed if openning a second patch)
  • Setup program added Snag a copy from the Facelift Utils.
