Highly Experimental v2.0a
posted in Utility Release by grammarian on Jun 1st, 2003Highly Experimental, a PSF player for Winamp, has been updated to version 2.0a! There have been several changes since v1.0, including
- PSF2 support!
- PS2 IOP emulation complete.
- Winamp2: If the thread priority is set to "Above Normal" or "Highest", it will temporarily demote itself to "Normal" during initial load or seek. This should improve GUI responsiveness.
- Winamp2, Winamp3: I hadn't realized the output times were off for PSF2 because of various places in the plugin code where I'd assumed 44100 Hz. Oops. Fixed.
