GoodVBoy v1.03

Cowering has released a new version of GoodVBoy, one of many ROM auditing utilities in his GoodUtils set. This new release brings the list of supported ROMs up to 64. Here's what's new:
  • New PD, and scanner updated for new PD programming libraries
  • Slight fix to GoodWindows 'oldformat' support, let me know of problems
  • UnRAR V3 support
  • No need for separate zlib.dll
