GoodPCE v1.09

One of the Good utilities, a set of utilities used for ROM management, has been updated. Specifically, it's GoodPCE v1.09, the PC Engine manager. Here's what's new:
  • New command added
  • Jap names updated
  • Removed a bad version of CD System 2.01 Card, don't resubmit it
  • Lots of new PD added
