Cowering has also updated the Nintendo64 Good Utility. I no longer add carts that are not the right size. This means ASCII downloads, short downloads, etc If some file you have is not the same length as some other cart, its probably bad. If you would like to send me the scan of that file, I'll tell you for sure so you can nuke it to save space and a lot of hassles. Also, new dumps that are nothing but cartname hacks of known good dumps are now listed as BAD. Get it from the Good Utilities page.
