gnuboy .9.13

The BeOS port of gnuboy has been updated to .9.13, bringing it up to par with the rest. On another note, the BSNES team ( porting zSNES ), plan to switch to basing off the SDL port if they don't make any real releases soon, meaning either way a release can be expected in the near future.
