GBA Renamer + DAT File

Catweasel has not only released his new GBC Renamer, but he also released a new version of his GBA Renamer, this utility which renames all the latest commercial roms for the GBA has been updated to version 2.3, the DAT File version has been changed from 1.074 to 0.074.
