GBA Port of the PC game Rouge updated to version 1.0

Donnie Russell writes: I recently updated my GameBoy Advance port of Rogue, AGB_Rogue, to version 1.0. Most of the changes were to the game interface to make it easier to play; the game itself is pretty much unchanged (I haven't found anything to fix).
