Final Fantasy 4 WSC Save State Editor v1.0

A new cheating utility for the WonderSwan has been released. It's the Final Fantasy 4 WSC Save State Editor, and it edits Cygne save states. Currently it only edits the character Cecil, but soon that'll change. You can get it from our Cheating Utilities page. Thanks to JCE3000GT for the news.
