Final Burn v0.072

- + Fixed QSound tempo (it was too slow)
- + Interpolated QSound
- + Row Scroll (used for 3D floor on some stages)
Man, this keeps getting better and better. :) You can download this from the Multiple Arcade Emulators section. Thanks to Dave for the news because the Final Burn site was the first place I went. :)
