Final Burn Save State

I had emailed Dave, the author of Final Burn for the format of the FS file Final Burn creates as the save state. I've made it look pretty and included an example header. Also, feel free to send Death Adder your Final Burn saves...he'll be adding a section for it once he receives a few.
