Final Burn Kaillera Alpha 5

Final Burn Kaillera is an unofficial version of Final Burn which adds Kaillera support. Here's the changes:
  • EEPROM desynch fix (thanks Dave!)
  • contains Kaillera Client v0.84c which fixes the following stuff: - netsync should be more accurate now - connecting to a LAN or local server should display a faster ping Download it from the Multi Arcade Emulators page.
