EMU7800 v0.60

Mike Murphy has updated EMU7800, an Atari 7800 emulator for Windows which utilizes .NET framework. What's new:

Added support for the Stelladaptor controller
Recognizes the now correct 7800 NTSC BIOS. Old 7800 BIOS is still recognized for now, but a warning message appears on the Green Screen log. Thanks to Mitchell Orman for the information
Numerous minor fixes and documentation updates
