DreamSNES 0.9.8

Well i thought i would clear out the oldish news. So for the next little bit you'll be seeing a few old posts like this one. DreamSNES 0.9.8 was released on October 30th. The author says "The SA-1 emulation should now work with the assembler CPU core, and for you MegaMan fans, there is now C4 emulation!
