DreamEMU v0.01a

The Dreamcast emulator DreamEMU has been released. Check it out:

Finally, a binary release of Dreamemu. I'm not going to explain in detail what it is capable of, beacuse it is discussed in the readme.txt file in the zip archive. Bear in mind that Dreamemu is very sloooooowwwwwww at the moment, and will probably stay like that (maybe even get slower) for a while yet. While working on it today, I disabled the graphics output, and it still took almost 2 minutes (on a PII 350Mhz w/ Voodoo Banshee) to reach the end of the IP.BIN. I need a new computer or else I'll kill myself waiting :) Also, I just noticed that the Sega logo in the screenshot displaying the Sega logo is a bit off-center. That is because I drew the border before I drew the main image, instead of after. Its fixed now. I wonder did anybody even notice that :) And while I'm on the subject, the gray background is correct, at least from the values in VRAM. There could be a set of colour mask registers that mask this colour to white, but its unlikly. Why it displays gray on a PC I do not know. Well, thats all for now. Later...

You can download this from the Dreamcast Emulators section.
