Dreamcast updates

First off, thank you to Garbalen who sent us a list of emulators for the Dreamcast. So far I added:
  • Sintendo, another SNES emulator for the DC
  • Boob!Boy, a Gameboy emulator for the DC There's 2 others...Gleam (site wasn't functioning) which is an NES emulator for the DC, and Ngine (vaporware), an SNES emu for the DC. Check out the Emulators for Dreamcast page.
