DOSBox v0.2

DOSBox v0.2 has been released. Here's what's new:

Single cycle DMA and 8bit SoundBlaster.
Tandy 3 voice sound, give me feedback how this sounds.
Most common realmode 386 instructions now working.
Basic EMS/XMS functions support.
Slowdown/Speedup cpu emulation.
Rewrote DOS device emulation so you can actually open devices.
Lot's of other small bug fixes not really worth mentioning.
