CPS2MAME32 0.37 beta 13

This is a Windows port of CPS2MAME. It is pretty much MAME with only the CPS2 games enabled. Here are the other changes from the MAME source:
  • Added X-men Vs. Street Fighter (USA)
  • Added Super Street Fighter 2 (Japan)
  • Added Cyberbots (Japan)
  • Vblank set to 59.63hz. This gives all CPS-2 games accurate timer speed.
  • 68000 set to 11.80mhz. This gives very accurate in game speed.
  • Added AvsP (Japan) Get it at the MAME page. Thanks to Hunter X for the news.
