Correction: ZSNES v1.40

The reported release yesterday of an update to ZSNES was, in fact, an April Fool's joke. The released file is actually the latest WIP build.

*EDIT* Narvick's note: Wow, that was a really good April Fool's joke. I was wary at first, but I downloaded it and started playing with it a little bit, and the about box said it was v1.40, plus ipher said a few weeks ago that it should be out soon. Oh well, that was a really good joke then I guess :D
