ClrMamePro v3.22

- Misc: Moved the x of y sets in scanner's titlebar to the scan results window and removed it from merger, rebuilder, and settings window
- Misc: Some changes to diskimage and samplefile extension detection (after some mamedev discussion ;))
- Misc: Number of biossets is listed in the statistics
