Changes to MAME

Nicola, the lead programmer for MAME, has decided that they're no longer doing the official development on the DOS version...they're using the Win32 source to develop it now. This change will take effect on the next beta. And in other related news, Kyle pointed us to Retrogames where they tell that the command line interface to x-mame will be absorbed into the official Win32 code.
