Calice 0.1.3

Calice, a CPS-1 Emulator, has been updated to version 0.1.3. Here's what's new in this release:
  • Win32 version (8 bpp Windowed Mode Only)
  • Row Scroll Support (Preliminary) Works with megatwins and varth. Does not work with sf2.
