Breath of Fire 2 Grammar Fix v0.61

Beaux_ has released v0.61 of the "Breath of Fire 2" (SNES) grammar fix hack. The new release fixes a minor typo from v0.6. The hack has been added to our Super Nintendo Hacks section.
