Akiko v 1.1

Andreas Falkenhahn has released a new version of Akiko, an Amiga CD32 emulator. New to this version:
Added installer
Added documentation
Internal changes in Install2001
Added several game patches: Chuck Rock, Battletoads, James Pond 3, Impossible Mission 2025, Silly Putty, Last Ninja 3, Myth, Dragonstone, Premiere, Universe, Skeleton Krew, Chuck Rock 2, Cannon Fodder
Preferences are now loaded from an ini file instead of a custom one
Added an icon to the program
Added CDTV emulation
Added internal script language to allow easier customizing of the patches
Added the Akiko image browser
Reprogrammed the main window
Recoded the settings window; it uses tab controls now to allow more configuration options
