The two are for "Illusion of Gaia" and "Bubsy: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind" In the Illusion of Gaia editor, you can change stats and items. In the Bubsy editor you can change lives, points, time, etc.. Get it at the Cheating Utilities page.
