| Happy Mario | Mario and Luigi sprites adapted from Super Mario Bros 2 (USA) Various palette changes to supplement the new graphic. Note: This hack is NOT for Super Mario Brothers 1, it is for Mario Brothers, a game that came out earlier. |
| Mario Bros. Plus | This isn't really a hack, more of an improvement for for the arcade version. With improved sprites, Demonstrations from the arcade version, even a controllable jump. Music is applied with a twist too. |
| Mario Bros. Arcade (R1) | This is a hack that completely revamps the NES version of Mario Bros. to be much more accurate to the arcade original. Note that since this was built off the PAL Mario Bros. ‘Classic Serie’ version, the game runs slightly faster. |
