| Pokemon INSANE! Red Version | Pokemon Levels and Location have been changed. No changes for Legendaries. Pokemon, Level and Movepool from Rival, Gym Leaders and E4 have been improved. Party Pokemon of Gym Leaders and Elite Four have been increased to 6. Rival will eventually have Pokemon +1 than normally does. The IVs from all Trainers and their Pokemon have been increased. Some Pokemon, Level and Movepool from Trainers (e.g. Youngster, Bugcatcher, etc) has been improved as well. Some Pokemon's Base Stats have been improved. Tools used: Pokered disassembly as guide. | Pokemon Red - Proud Eyes edition | Here is a condensed list of changes: Updated to 2nd-Gen graphics; The casino prizes have been edited; All of the pokemarts have been edited; Edited all of the in-game rival encounters; Pokemon experience gains have been modified; Overworld pokemon levels have been modified; Pokemon starting move sets have been updated; Lowered professor oak’s aids item requirements; Updated the difficulty to catch in-game pokemon; All of the in-game pokemon trades have been updated; Changed the types of pokemon that cycle through at the title screen; All of the gym leader’s and elite 4’s pokemon teams have been edited; Changed the number of TMs you recieve after obtaining a gym badge to three; The levels and types of pokemon that appear in caves, grass, and water have been edited. Progress: Complete; the author indicates that version 5.0 will be available soon. |
| Pokémon Red Expert | This game is a hack of Pokémon Red. It’s a much harder version of the game designed for experts Pokémon players (and trainers)! Trainers are of course much stronger, but people are more mature in general and have things to teach you if you want to become an expert in life in general. This game is also a kind of corrected upgrade to Pokémon Red Proud Eyes v4.0 (a hack made by Break). I used it as a base mainly for the Gen 2 sprites and I conserved most In-game trades from it, while adding or changing some of them. However, I did several significant other changes that make it completely different from Red Proud Eyes v4.0, and much better too!
