GPEngine is a PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 emulator for the GP32
handheld system, which contains parts from Hu-Go!, the PC Engine emulator for PC.
You can choose different options, including changing the clock speed of the GP32 itself.
Apparently it runs PC Engine games at full speed, so go for it!
