Metroid - Minor Hacks

Name	Description
Bionic Metroid	Part of a series of hacks that have something to do with bionic stuff.
Catman 1: Metroid	Part of a series of hacks that have something to do with cats.
M3tr0id H4rd c0r3 l33t	This is a text hack that translates the normal English into "l33tspeak".
Metroid 2000	This is a basic redo of the classic, with rooms changed around and some color changes in enemies.
Metroid Adventure	Another hack of Metroid. This hack features a difficulty theme and arranges the levels and hacks the AI of the game.
Metroid M	This is a hack of Metroid that includes level changes and a modified palette.
Metroid Planet	This is a remix hack where alot of level layouts have been changed.
Metroid Plus	This hack makes Samus look more like she does in Super Metroid for the SNES.
Metroid Quest	This is a 95% graphics hack of the NES game, "Metroid." The game features Link (instead of Samus in suit) and a slightly modified Kid Icarus (instead of Samus out of suit). The enemies vary from games like Zelda 2, SMB 2, SMB 3, megaman, and a few others. I recommend playing through the whole game to appreciate the full hack.
Metroid Remix	It uses the existing Zebes map as a starting point, then adds new areas, hides the items and bosses in new places, bumps the difficulty level up a notch, and adds Mini-Ridley to the game, hopefully adding replay value to one of the classic NES games of all time.
Naked Samus	You get to play with a naked Samus. Use the Justin Bailey password with this. In the author's words, "it beats Lara Croft".
Riffroid	Yet another graphics hack.
Samus : Mother Brain Returns	Samus' suit is redesigned, all of the maps have been edited, title screen, mission text, credits, and boss and item locations are changed.
Trodiem	This hack of Metroid changes the colors, the mazes, and Samus is wearing a dress.
