Name	Description
Sonic ROM Internal Level Editor	This is a hack for Sonic 2 that has a internal rom editor all you have to do is enter debug mode and edit away. Also after editing the rom you can view the sram file at address $000400 and view some of the changes there in a hex editor. Also this patch requires the ChaoSaX RXL Patcher(yes this patch does not use the standard IPS patch format.) that you can download Here
