This has a nice looking GUI, ability to add games to the database, a simple INI database which can be editted, music files for each game, maps can be imported, text walkthroughs can be imported, it's small for less "out of memory" messages, it can sort games, store pics of games, give random games, has skin support, DirectX screen switching, MP3/WAV/MIDI support....and it supports many modern emulators.
