Name Description
00SChip8 00Schip8 uses parts of OGRE engine to render the screen, sound changes frequency based on the sound timer for a funnier effect, it can emulate both Chip8 and SuperChip, but MegaChip was never finished due to bad documentation. It can emulate all of the games, official and unofficial.
Chip8 Emulator This Chip8 Emulator written by Dave Winter, emulates both Chip8 and SuperChips, and comes with an assortment of public domain Chip8 games, such as Pong, and many others. It has everything you'd ever want in a Chip 8 emulator, so grab it right now!
ChipEm This emu supports Chip-8 and Super Chip-8 games, speed control, auto flickering elimination (a problem of original chip8)(PD)
Chuit Previously, this was also named Chip8 Emulator, but it was changed to Chuit. This one is coded by Sizer and has been greatly improved since its last incarnation. It uses DirectX and emulates the Chip8 and Super Chip8. Check it out.
CowChip This is not the only Windows Chip8 Emulator anymore with CrazyChip8 available now. It doesn't support sound or collision detection, and the docs are rather incomplete, nor can it run all the games that are included with it yet, but you may want to download this emulator anyway just to check it out.
CrazyChip8 This is a new Chip8 emulator for Windows coded by Ben. It's early in development and lacks SuperChip8 support (yet).
Sharp8 A Chip-8 emulator from Hellish Emulators.
VB Chip-8 This emulator was written Visual Basic. There's no documentation, so I can't tell you much more.
Vision-8 Written by Marcel De Kogel, this Chip8 emulator has been ported to many different systems. It is a complete emulator, and is worth the download. It will run on any 286 with a CGA video card.
