Steem Engine is another fine AtariST emulator. Download it and try it...now.These are the TOS files needed to run Steem Engine/XSteem. Note that one is for the United States, and the other is for the United Kingdom. They contain versions 1.02 and 2.06 for compatibility.

Well first off you would need to use Wine, not sure if Steem works but maybe you are already doing that.
Then if it's just a single screen capture you want printing, use your Print Screen button and copy into GIMP.
If you want to directly access the printer from Steem - on Wine - on Linux, well gosh, that sounds difficult. Maybe the above answer was obvious but I think it's the only way.
