Neo*Geo Genie, as the name suggests, is like a Game Genie for Neo*Geo ROMs. It's a replacement for the BIOS required by all Neo-Geo emulators and allows you to enter cheat codes that can be found by searching the ROMs memory. It also allows you to bring up games in English, which is a big plus considering no publicly released emulators allow for this option at the present time.
