Try a program called "Tile Layer Pro" to edit sprites. Once you open the rom, scroll down untill you find the sprites.

I added a flagpole and castle in 8-4 so i was able to get to 8-5 but I cant get to 8-5 in the select rooms section to add a flagpole there. I also cant select the minus world (32-1). If anyone can help please tell me!
