Here is a pretty cool utility. Like Mario Improvement (different author) for the mario.nes file, this one edits the Mario Bros. 3 rom. So far, it worked flawlessly on all the levels I have tried. Check it out now.

Does not work in other systems, but only on DOS. I wanna a version for the other Windows systems including Windows 10!
