What got you excited at E3?

What got you hyped up at E3? For me it was definately the following:

- Fire Emblem 10 teaser; Wii
- Phoenix Wright 2 announcement; DS
- Zelda: Twilight Princess videos; Wii
- Metroid Prime: Corruption; Wii
- Super Smash Brothers Brawl (With Solid Snake); Wii
- Sonic Wild Fire; Wii
- Unnamed Resident Evil announcement; Wii
- Assassin's Creed; PS3
- Grand Theft Auto IV; PS3
- Gundam: Mobile Ops; PS3/Xbox 360
- Devil Summoner: Kuzunoha Raidou; PS2
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots; PS3
- Final Fantasy V, VI Advanced screenshots; GBA
- Halo 3 trailer; XBox 360

I think that's about it. Might have missed something in that huge ass list. I'm also in no way a Nintendo fanboy, as I like stuff on all three respective consoles, but it seems Nintendo managed to show much more impressive things this year compared to everyone else.

Most of the people I've talked to have seen that and wanted to get it solely because he's in it. That's like wanting to play Super Mario World only because Yoshi is in it. :p

*yawn* I can make those same screenshots with the SNES versions. :p Call me when new stuff appears.

I had no idea that E3 was going on. Guess I'm that excited about new gaming. Wake me up when some company releases a new SNES or Dreamcast game.

I want to get this because of the amazing graphics, the fact that I am and always will be a Smash Bros. Fan, and because it looks awesome.
Also, you left out Red Steel and Starfox DS.

Really ? Will the Wii release get more things than the GCN version ?

The Wii version takes advantage of the remote's motion sensor, from what I hear it's clunky and hard to control, right now it looks like I'll be getting the GCN version even though I plan on getting a Wii at release.

Edit: Maybe I'll wait for confirmation of it's clunkyness, I was watching someone play Metroid Prime 3 and the were running sideways... do they get to stupidest people to try these games at E3? Turn the stick a little, you moron!

> What got you hyped up at E3?

The part where the Sony guy called several volunteers to get as close as they can to the stage, pulled his pants down, and then shit on them.

Not true, but just as well be.

No I didn't. I don't really care for either of them. I did forget Phantom Hourglass though.

For me, it was mostly the Wii stuff, and some other things like Spore and (interestingly) Gears of War. I haven't really seen a lot of what the DS had there though, so I'm sure there's stuff there I'm interested in. I did see there was Trauma Center: Second Opinion, which is pretty cool. :)

And yeah, Solid Snake in Smash Bros is absolutely hillarious.

*edit*
Also, seeing Adam Sessler play Red Steel...he looked like kind of a dork, but the important thing was he looked like he was pretty much having a blast.
