street fighter 3 : does it emulate well

Has anyone gotten Street Fighter 3 to emulate at decent frames and work ok? If so what platform? Dreamcast or Playstation and what emulator?

Been wanting to play this game for awhile again, the arcades dont have it anymore <img src=smilies/cry.gif>

AFAIK, these are the only platforms:

Arcade (all heavily protected, don't expect emulation soon)
Dreamcast (try Chankast)
PlayStation 2 (forget it)
Xbox (maybe later)

Honestley, I would suggest getting a DC or if you already have it a PS2/X Box and getting it that way. Its too early (still! suprisngly) to emulate CPS3.

Uh, no it's not. The CPS3 is just protected in an insane manner. The boards commit suicide if you so much as look at them wrong, making any kind of trojaning attempts fruitless.

And not to mention when you can get a perfect port of that game for the DC or PS2 then why bother wanting to emulate it illegally.
