SMILE version 0.30, plus a beta help file

SMILE has a few fixes that were forgotten in the last release, plus a few behind the scenes additions that will be fully implemented in the next release. The mini-map editor is less buggy... Show Intro/Red Powerbomb no longer crash the program when cleared... Enable/Disable portions of the clipboard by clicking on them (this has been there for months, but was too buggy to use).

I have *started* a help file for SMILE. It doesn't provide too much help yet (only the main menu, without anything that requires other forms), but is a start.

Both files can be found by clicking my siggy.
