I remember you type in <img src="url" but what do you type afer it?What command do you type afrer "url"?

First of all:
There is a Testing forum for this, use it.
Second of all:
The markup (not a "command") that you are using is correct. The problem is that the url that you are using is either incorrect, or requires you to be logged into yahoo in order to use it. Try uploading the image to something like imageshack or paintedover and using that url instead.

I tried image shack but
I tried 'Image Shack" but when i clicked on "Host it" i get this message all the time--"Web Site Not Responding

Please try again by clicking the Reload icon on your navigation bar or, if that doesn't work, you may want to return to the site at a later time.
502 Connection Hangup

Type exactly what follows in the next picture to make it work:
Next time you host something on PaintedOver.com, go to the page where the image is (this would be http://paintedover.com/uploads/show.php?loc=24&f=sud_1.jpghere</a> for the image in question) then right click on the image itself and select 'View Image' (or something similar, depends on your browser). Then highlight the URL (should be somewhere near the top of your browser window) and press Ctrl+C. Then make the 'img src' tag (as seen in my image) and press Ctrl+V to paste the URL in between the quotes.
Now you try it and see if you can finally get this.
